Beavers are usually aged between 6 and 8 years old.  A group of Beaver Scouts is called a Colony, and each Colony can be split up into smaller groups called Lodges.  The principles of the Beaver Scout programme are making friends, sharing, making progress, keeping the promise and having fun.

Our colony is a friendly and active place for your child to join – we get up to all sorts of things, including visits, sleepovers, arts and crafts, playing games, singing, exploring the outdoors and much more!

Read more about Beavers on the Scouts website.

 Meetings

13th Twickenham Beavers meet every Monday during the school term from 18:00 - 19:15.

 Uniform

Beaver Scouts uniform consists of a turquoise sweatshirt, navy blue trousers, one of our green 13th Twickenham Scout Group polo t-shirts and the group scarf.

Uniform can be purchased via the District Shop - more details here.

Our Beavers take part in lots of activities that go towards various “activity” and “challenge” badges. Badges should be placed on their jumper as shown here.
