Firstly, a massive thank you to all who helped yesterday, it was truly a wonderful sight to see such a slick operation at work!

Before all expenses we took £ 3,915.90 which is an amazing total. I believe our expenses and percentage to the organisers are likely to be approx. £1000, that will leave us with approx. £ 2,900 which is a £1,000 increase on last year's fair. David the Treasurer will provide a complete set of accounts in due course.

Once again, well done to all on a job well done.
