Parents, Supporters and Exec. Committee email lists

As mentioned at the AGM, we now have a set of email lists for communication with parents, supporters, and the executive committee.  Unfortunately this has to be maintained separately from other information you may have provided in the past.  Please therefore would all parents send a message to me at admin@13thtwickenhamscouts.org with your name and which section(s) your child is a member of, and I will add you to the appropriate list.  You will then receive automatic calendar reminders and emails from the leaders as appropriate.

We also have a "supporters" email group for non-parents who would also like to be kept informed, if you would like to be added to this list please also email me.

Finally and most importantly, would all new executive committee reps please email me ASAP so I can update the contact list and we can confirm the date of the next meeting!

(Please note that these are closed private lists and should not be at risk of commercial "spam" - only our designated users can send to them.)
